Meet the Team
Tracy Logan
Tracy has lived in the Northern suburbs of Wellington all her life and continues to build and maintain personal and business relationships in the community. She currently lives in Churton Park with her husband Murray. Her eldest, William, has now gone flatting, but she still has her two daughters, Anna and Charlotte living at home.
In 2004 Tracy and Julianne formed a partnership that is now one of Wellington’s longest-running Real Estate Partnerships.
Their partnership has gone from strength to strength, winning many awards and consistently receiving referrals and repeat business.
Real estate is all about people and providing support and expertise to help them through an exciting and sometimes difficult time. There is nothing more rewarding than giving their customers the best possible result.
Julianne Norman
​She has a keen interest in squash, playing a couple of times a week and also enjoys cycling and has had many cycling trips away with John and their friends, enjoying the beautiful scenery that New Zealand cycling trails have to offer.
In 2004 Julianne formed a partnership with Tracy Logan to combine the best of their skills and abilities. Their partnership has gone from strength to strength winning many awards and consistently receiving referrals and repeat business.

Tracy began her career in Real Estate in 1997 winning rookie of the year. Since then, she hasn't looked back. Tracy rapidly rose to become a top-selling agent and has since won numerous salesperson awards for selling and listing properties.
It is vital that when working with an agent it is with someone you can trust, you also need to know that they have the experience to carry a deal through to the very end. Tracy combines a calm, easygoing nature with experience of all market conditions to get the best results every single time.
Julianne brings absolute commitment to getting the job done, her enthusiastic and dedicated approach means she leaves no stone un-turned. Julianne's warm personality along with her great sense of humour ensures many repeat customers.
Along with her husband John, Julianne enjoyed raising three girls in a family-orientated community of the northern suburbs. One of her favourite pastime is spending time with her family and friends; especially her grandchildren.
